I've stayed here a few times now when an event has been going on and I need to be downtown. The staff are amazing, I'm treated very well whenever I talk with them. They are laid back, professional, and also very accomidating. The rooms have been cleaned well except for my most recent stay which had some markings on the bed and toilet not being cleaned. I would recommend not getting a room with a balcony on the main road as it it gets very loud around 4-5am. I will continue to stay here as it is still one of my favourite hotels downtown, close to a lot of good restaurants, eat outs, stores, and you have a great balcony with very welcoming staff.
