So sloppy is the service and so bad is the food, it was a very bad experience. The staff needs to be trained in something called "Taking Responsibility". Imagine your car gets damaged in the Parking area and the staff say that the hotel is not responsible. The club is not responsible for anything which happens inside the club, I believe.
