Will never ever stay here again. The last time I stayed here I was awakened in the middle of the night to a bed bug crawling on me. I immediately jumped up showered checked my back pack and suitcase and went downstairs to try and get another room. The worst part was that after a week of trying to get a refund or even a partial refund, management absolutely refused. They tried telling me that the exterminator found nothing but would not produce proof to me nor Priceline which I had booked this through. Priceline also tried to atleast get me a partial refund but management still refused and management did not even want to talk to me. It is funny however that my coworkers who had not yet heard about my experience stayed at this Crowne Plaza the following week and they told how they were advertising to customers how they just put in new beds. This Crowne Plaza is very shady. Stay at your own risk.
