Update: Although it took longer than I had hoped to get the matter corrected, I met with Matt Mitchell today and he was more than helpful. They refunded me the money I wasn t expecting to pay on the credit card, let me check out a 2017 Camry to see if I decided I liked it better, and he bought me lunch for my troubles. Even though it was a bit stressful at first, I ended up getting a great deal on a beautiful car. Thank you Matt for all your help!

I have never been so disappointed buying a car. This is my 3rd car I have purchased, first time buying through Jim Norton and I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. First of all, they sold me the wrong car and I had to rebuy the correct one the next day. They also told me I would get to take my car home that night until after I signed for it and then had to wait 24 hours because they never even serviced it. Not only was the purchase itself incredibly unprofessional, they conned me into signing up for a credit card through Toyota that they comepletely lied about. They said my monthly payments would be no more that $80 a month, turns out my payments are $250 a month. So now my credit is going to be ruined because I can t afford that on top of my new car payment. They are liars and they will keep lying until you sign with them.
