My husband registered for this class and paid in full. I was involved in a very bad car accident so he never used 2 of the 3 classes. After calling and speaking to not one but 2 associates ( both were very nice) they said he could make up the classes with no issues. He was so excited and even registered for the class 9/10/19 Tuesday. Two days later he was called by the manager Nicole and she stated that he could not make up the classes and would have to repay. He explained the situation and told her that he has already spoken to 2 associates and it was all taken care of. She said she was the manager and they had made a mistake because her book were closed. He of course was devastated. He was so looking forward to these classes since our lives are finally back to normal after the accident.
