They had to cancel my daughter's first surgery for...

They had to cancel my daughter's first surgery for hip reconstruction because the hospital lost the materials to do the surgery so we waited 4 hours for no damn reason!
Then on the rescheduled day the said it was going to possibly be cancelled due to improper rescheduling. Plus the registration lady came of as rude and she freaking rolled her eyes at me.
It came off as extremely unprofessional and as a healthcare worker I am very aware that this is not how things should be conducted.
The only good this was that the nurse was nice.
