Horrible claim experience. The did not want to pay for anything. My claim was intiated march then my claim was closed in June with no notice i was suppose to hace a year to complete repairs and get depreciation. Then come January i get a notice of nokn renewal. Apparently the claims adjuster reported i had a dog and was running a beauty salon out of my house. My dad was at my house with his dog and i have hair stuff set up in my house fo r myself and friends and family. I am disabled and mom of a special needs child i gave up my career but still take care of my friends and family to keep education up. I by no means runni ng a co. Now the quotes i am getting are 3x as high! They have completely screwed me!!
