I was there after getting multiple bites from a house cat (basically cats freak out about minor things, and they will aggressively bite and claw anything in their way, including their owners. I learned this the hard way when he got his foot stuck in a wooden bench we have in our living room - next time I try to help this one out of a bind, I will wear an oven mitt). The intake process was very smooth, and though the visit was rather long (arrived at 1:30am or so, and was released around 5am), they basically gave me everything I needed so as not to get an infection (blood test, antibiotic IV drip, wound treatment with saline solution, prescription for more antibiotics). The staff was very courteous and professional.
