One star is simply a formality. This is the second time my ACH payment has been returned. There has been money in that account and enough to cover this bill since I made the payment. Now I have to pay an extra $30 which I dont have to cover a bogus return fee. I was told I need to talk to my bank. About what? We are moving out of reach of KUA when this lease is up. Never again.
