First, I was amazed that when I called for an appointment, I got one scheduled for 1:00 the next day. I wasn t having much work done, asked about how long it would take and was told maybe an hour, 90 minutes tops. Sold. Got there a little early, was treated as an express appointment, met the Express agent, Enric Campbell who was efficient and friendly, and soon was seated in the comfortable waiting area ready to read. Within 30 minutes the Service Manager, Joe, asked to talk with me about something related to the car that the mechanic called to his attention. We went together to look at the car. Joe explained his thoughts and we agreed on the resolution. I went back to the waiting area, opened my book and within 15 minutes, I was told my car was ready. Didn t get to read a full chapter. Checked my paperwork with Enric and Joe, then off to Patty to pay my bill. Patty is always a fun visit and makes paying up less painful. Although, after having had a BMW for two years, the cost was shockingly low. Don t know why I ever considered any car other than a Honda. Always had Hondas, switched one time but won t be doing that again. Five Plus stars for Conicelli Honda and the people that work there!
