The last 3 visits I've made to Jack in the Box, in 3 different cities, have yielded the same results. Horrible customer service. My last 3 visits were made during low traffic hours, and it's taken over 10 minutes to even try ordering. @JackBox you seem to have an institutional problem with your franchises.
