This is THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER EVER EVER DEALT WITH. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, disorganised, arrogant, staff I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with. Took a number of weeks to sort faulty things in my flat, such as taps, blinds and a whole list of other things that went wrong. Went in to complain that my telecom and thermostat are located OUTSIDE of my locked flat door so that my flat wasn't secure. Got told they wouldn't be doing anything to fix this issue. When I told them I had sought legal advice on this issue and that they have a duty of care under the housing health and safety ratings if a hazard is posed they ignored the piece of information I had just supplied; when I then asked for my landlords contact details to make a complaint I was met with 'LITTLE BOY' being screamed down the phone at me by rude, ignorant staff. I was then hung up on. When I phoned back I was hung up on again another two times. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
