where is the minus 10 stars!!!
I have been a customer for 15 years!!!! 15, not 1 or 2... I have paid all the years, without hesitations, they call, tell me my contract is up i pull the credit card and pay. Always renewing the same contract... guess what my contract changed 3 years ago, and i did not know. The person who called me to collect my money "forgot" to tell me a "change in policicy happened"... wel.. yes it is my responsibility to look at at my contract, but if I am asking you over the phone, to keep the same coverage for all the properties, why would you change that? why would you fail to tell me that that there is a change? but never forget to call me to collect my money when my contract is up ...
