My experience at Jose Marti airport was terrible, worst airport EVER! When I arrived at the airport, which is basically a small warehouse without air conditioning, I had to wait for 3 hours to retrieve my bag. I travel with a large black canvass bag, so do 75% of Cubans. I was thinking that someone had grabbed my bag when it popped onto the carousel after 3 hours.
