I honestly do not understand how this property has...

I honestly do not understand how this property has a 4 star rating. Everyone we ve dealt with either had
an attitude that they were doing us a favor or was poorly trained for their position. One has to think that everyone was having an off day - OK, I ll accept that. What I will not accept is when a standard request for extra pillows is ignored not only once, twice or even for the third time but 5 times. It is now 10:13pm and I finally received (my 6th request) the pillows - not as many as I needed or asked for (I am disabled and need the pillows to sleep properly) but I will give it a shot with what I have. FYI - in every correspondence, I mentioned the need for the pillows and the person that checked us in even commented on my request. Clearly customer service is NOT a priority at the Beau Rivage. And in closing, we paid extra to have an ocean front room - well you guessed it - if you go to the window and look way right, you can get a view of the ocean. Obviously, we will take our hard earned money elsewhere. TY for letting me vent. Goodnight.
