By far the worst place I have stayed at. The shower and bathroom sinks were clogged with hair, the towels in our room were dirty, patio furniture was broken, floor was dirty, and we found someone's underwear there too. How is this not a health and safety issue? Pathetic and disgusting. Won't be staying here ever again. Wouldn't be surprised if the majority of the positive reviews for this location are fake.
There are plenty of other options for places to stay in Canmore. Look elsewhere until the management takes basic cleanliness and maintenance seriously.
