A month following getting engaged, I am finally getting a chance to write this review. Firstly, I think this is my first review for ANYTHING however, following my experience in Bespoke jewellers I was compelled to do so.

From start to finish our experience in Bespoked diamonds was fantastic. Martin was relaxed, friendly, knowledgable and made us feel at ease throughout the whole buying process.

We got engaged the May bank holiday, to my nievity, we began ringing around jewellers on the bank holiday Monday so I could begin the ring hunt! After calling 2 jewellers to no avail, I came across the number for Bespoke. Martin answered, he said he was closed but he was doing a stock take but to call in anyway. This really epitomises the type of person Martin is, he goes out of his way from start to finish to make his customers feel welcome & feel like they are the most important couple who ever got engaged!!

I had no idea what I wanted so Martin took tray after tray of rings and let me try on as many as I wanted to see what I liked, even though it was 3/4pm on a bank holiday Monday. We went to 5/6 jewellers subsequent to that first day (on his suggestion so we could see whats out there!) and we never got as much choice (most bring u a selectio of 10 rings or so). Martin told me not to worry about the 4 C's just find a ring I liked and he would work around that. After choosing more rings than sense, he then proceeded to help me eliminate the various options until I got down to two. At no stage was there a sales pitch or pressure on us to buy. Once we chose a setting he showed us various diamonds to put into my setting and even went off to get further diamonds so we could have further choice at various budgets.

As I said previously we did go to other jewellers but got no service like what we had got at Bedspoke.

When we did finally choose our ring, on the 3rd visit we were 100% happy that we were making the right choice. Martin was honest about each diamond he showed us for our final setting (which were all certified) and went out of his way to make us happy, on top of all that we had great banter with him as well, which made it all the more enjoyable! He even had the ring ready for us the day after we finalised everything, with all the paper work including an independent evaluation (which we were delighted to see showed the ring was worth a lot, LOT MORE than we paid for!).

I cannot reccommend him and Bespoke diamonds, highly enough. We had a fantastic experience and you will not have the same treatmemt anywhere else! We will be back for our wedding rings!
