Absolutely terrible customer service, RUTHLESS NO WARRANTY OR RETURN POLICY FULL OF GOTCHAS TO PREVENT YOU FROM RETURNING BAD PARTS. They will happily guarantee you part fitments but DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PARTS AND SUGGESTIONS. My 2013 Subaru Forester is UNDRIVABLE due to bad suggestions for 4X Monroe QuickStruts that DO NOT WORK ON MY VEHICLE. The spring rate is so badly off by DESIGN it should not be offered at all!!!!

I have ZERO RECOURSE EXCEPT BUYING NEW PARTS AGAIN and attempting to claw my money back. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TOLD I HAVE TO PROVE WITH PAPERWORK THAT THE WRONG PARTS ARE IN FACT WRONG. Most REPUTABLE COMPANIES do not fight with customers who spend THOUSANDS $$ at their business. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH ROCK AUTO OR RECOMMEND THEM.
