customer service is lacking in the communications ...

customer service is lacking in the communications area, I have left several messages for Barbara in the install dept and have not heard back from her once. My sales guy "Chuck" has been great but once it goes to install you have to deal with them and can not get an answer from anybody. Maybe they should be hiring Barbara some help..........
I love Banks products and have owned several vehicles with their products installed, my 2011 Jeep Wrangler is the latest vehicle to get outfitted with a Banks sidewinder turbo. They are using my vehicle as a test platform for the sidewinder kit and I know it will be worth the 2 week wait I have been without my Jeep.
