My wife and I recently leased a very beautiful Kia Sorento. This is such a nice vehicle. Rides very comfortable and body integrity along with interior integrity is very well put together. We have previously leased a Kia Soul, and a Kia Forte from this dealership. As you can see we DO believe in the quality and craftsmanship of the Kia products.
When a person can get a 10 yr, 100,000 mile limited drive train warranty this is a very big plus. Not many other auto makers whether American made or Japanese offer this type of drive train warranty. I wonder why?
Now, I would like to mention how great the sales staff and service dept staff have always been dealing with us. Everyone makes us feel right at home with no high pressure sales tactics shown. The sales staff will try and work with a customer to find the best type of vehicle suited for the customer. My wife and I would like first of all to thank Mr. Skinner, owner, Mr. Lance, General sales manager, the finance manager, and Mr. Qureshi sales and leasing specialist, and Ms. Gonzales Assistant Service manager for all of their help and courtesy shown to us each time we visit Fort Bend Kia.
I would stress that if you are in the market for either a new or used Kia product this is the dealership you should visit.
By the way. If you purchase a vehicle with a 4 cylinder motor be advised that these motors now have a timing chain and not a timing belt. This adds to much longer service of the motor without worrying about a belt breaking and ruining your motor. Just thought I would mention this. Once again I want to thank ALL of the personnel that we have dealt with, such a pleasure.
