Would give zero stars if I could. Woefully incompetent. Paid 35 quid for the purple bin collection, first time lied that the bin wasn't there - the cctv didn't agree. Then it seems I have to ring them every month as they'll collect it once, then miss the next two weeks, then collect it, then miss the next two weeks. Continuous escalations to management with no resolution. Idle, dishonest, complete waste of space, and we pay money for this???
