UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! After several days of texting with Marcus and making it crystal clear of the deal I was looking for he agreed to the deal. I stated the agreement over and over to make sure we were on the same page and he acknowledged the agreement. After traveling 1.5 hours to pick up the car all in a sudden Marcus states that he misunderstood the agreement.
I would never recommend this dealership especially since this sales rep clearly doesn t understand the business or the numbers. ABSOLUTELY LOUSY.

Again your response make no sense. It should not be assumed it s understood . It s your Sales people responsibility to clearly explain as I clearly explained the accepted agreement which the balance was paid off by the dealership and I was paying $12,000 cash for the vehicle.
