To be fair when we went they were insanely busy and that isn t their fault...but this place was so unorganized and the staff was so uniformed I thought we were on a hidden camera show or something.

We stood in a line for what we thought was the aquarium tunnel for about 30 minutes before finally seeing a staff person who assured us that we were in fact in the line for the aquarium tunnel. About 5 minutes later the line loops out an emergency exit to an auxiliary hall way with a sign that says 60 minute wait to see the mermaids. We say to the people next to us we want the aquarium tunnel not the mermaids is this the right line? No one knows!

Finally another staff person walks by so someone asks her what this line is for and she says to see the mermaids. We say wait is this line to get into the aquarium tunnel? She says no it isn t, it s just for the mermaids.

So we debate what to do. Half the people around us think the staff person is right, half insist she s wrong. We ultimately decide to stay in the line. About 10 minutes later the one line comes to a point where there is a rope, creating a line to the left and a line to the right. There is no sign indicating what each line is for and no staff person to tell us. The entire crowd just stays to the left in one line.

About 5 minutes later a staff member finally comes over and announces that the left line is for the mermaids and the right line is for the aquarium tunnel. So we go to the right of the rope. We follow the rope to the end only to find that no in fact the line to the left was the line for the aquarium tunnel! The line to the right just led to the exit!

So all in all we spent well over an hour standing in a line totally confused and by the end were so annoyed with everything we didn t even try to fight our way back into the line and just left. Unbelievable.
