I have never been so dissatisfied with a company in my entire life.
Normally I can post it and have never written a bad review. But I just want to pass on my experience with Van Hessen to future customers.
I'm going to keep it as objective as possible:
1. We have been promised various things when selling our cash register system. Unfortunately they cannot (largely) live up to this.
2. Our cash register system crashes several times a day from the start (on average 5 to 6 times). The solution is to restart them completely. That is it now.
3. If the wifi or fixed internet is flat (this can always happen with any operator) we were promised in the beginning that with an extra payment for a type of device, our cash register system could continue to work locally. This is therefore not the case.
We also know various other hospitality operators as well as catering employees and have also shown our cash register system and everyone was of the same opinion; that this cash register system is one big joke (already plan a lot of sleepless nights and frustrations in your agenda because a cash register system is central to a case. The government also expects VAT, of course, and if this is not correct, this is primarily a nuisance for your case.) .
Even though the technicians (cash register support) are of good will and they try to help you. Sometimes they themselves are powerless I think (the cash register system is not theirs, they just sell it on, we were told)
The software itself is also not entirely on point, I have heard once.
We hope from the bottom of our heart that this will be solved.
We are endless and still have not received one decent solution. We have had this cash register system for more than a month!
Think carefully if you choose this company. It will not make it easier for you to start your business. You will even lose money (the cash register was never correct, even though we did the cash register itself) and one time!
Hopefully someone will contact us for the first time with a real solution.
