Phillips Wisconsin is a great city. There are several nice shops on its main street, if you feel like shopping. However, the Concrete park is one place you really should visit either before or after shopping. Fred Smith was a true artist. He created his many sculptures from concrete and decorated them with bits of glass, broken pottery, pretty stones and old glass insulators. My favorite is the Budweiser wagon and clydesdales. If you play Pokemon Go, the park is full of pokestops and gyms too.
