There don t have proper ppe for residents to wear to take care of Covid patients. They have them wearing rain coats and the raincoats get shared between each employee and are stored in Covid patients room. The aide has to reach inside the room and get dressed into their ppe in the hallway. Healthy and Covid resides are housed in the same area.

Also if your family member is dying the do not notify family so chances are u will not be able to say goodbye to your loved one.
