Worst maintenance experience ever I love my Hyunda...

Worst maintenance experience ever I love my Hyundai but the people working here in the maintenance office are so disrespectful and have no idea what customer service is! Took my Hyundai for a regular oil change turns out the car needed a recall so we dropped it off. Around 2:30 a guy named Marvin calls and says my cars ready. I get dropped off at 3:15 I walk in not one person acknowledge me. I finally say hi I'm here to pick up my car and they're all lost apparently they couldn't find my keys because the guy went to lunch. Just give us a second. 20 min later standing and I'm like excuse me where's my car? Itll be out in just a second 15 min later umm where's my car the rude girl rolls her eyes and a maintenance guy takes me over to the waiting building and tells me my cars getting a wash. Mind you at 2:30 I get a call saying it was ready for pick up now it's 4pm I'm upset! At 4:30 I get up and ask to speak with a manager they have the audacity to ask me why? I explain my situation and they have me walking behind a young lady finding a manager no where to be found! Then a nice man named Raymond finally let's me know he has my keys but my car was still doing it's recall! I let him know my situation and he's very polite apologizing and takes me to my car now it's 4:45. I was lied too saying my car was getting washed! Thank goodness for Raymond if it wasn't for him I probably would've never gotten my car! Also I have been mentioning that my headboard and console has been cracking and it's almost ashy they keep blowing it off saying it's dirty... when taken for a detail the people there don't touch it because its so cracked they're afraid. I let the Hyundai people know and they want to blame it on the sun or the detail people. A 2 year old car 2015 should not be having these issues as I ALWAYS use a sun cover up. The steering wheel is cracking, the head board etc. Pretty much everything that has the black plastic is cracking looks almost white! Super disappointed... Dread taking my car there!
