WORST SERVICE EVER! Tripled the price of my plane ...

WORST SERVICE EVER! Tripled the price of my plane tickets from 1155 to 3820 !! Had to pay 300 cancellation fees and wait 2-8 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK and have to suffer all the consequences (maxed out credit card, interest...!)
