Poor service, I didn't actually stay here because...

Poor service, I didn't actually stay here because they overbooked and decided that our company was less important than others. We had 5 rooms booked and they sent us to the Residence Inn in the "bad" part of town. They even gave me a voucher to pay for the taxi they called for us, but the Taxi driver was a different company that didn't accept the voucher. My next trip i will make reservations elsewhere.
