This review specifically addresses the megaplex store and not the rest of the facilities. If you are buying a gift from here just don't do it. I placed an order online for a bundle of tickets along with vouchers for sodas and popcorn. I went to the ticket counter at about 7pm to pick it up only to be informed that it was at the "store" which closed at 5. Frustrated, I came back the next day and they had the vouchers in a little black envelope with a sticker on it that didnt look very nice. I had paid an extra 1.50 for it all to be wrapped in cellophane with a tie to make it look more gift like. When I brought it to their attention they said "it is wrapped, this is how we wrap it" and held the envelope up with kind of an attitude about it. Point being, I specifically ordered this from location because I thought they offered gift services but it seems that is not the case. Save your time and money and buy one of those cheesy plastic gift cards they have at all the locations.
