Good luck trying to get answers out of these people . I was surprised to receive a call from a close family friend that I had been called as a witness on a dissolution of marriage with dependents case. The office has not served me so I have called the attorney multiple tries to get answers. We live almost 3hrs away and my husband is in a wheelchair, some people can not travel. Our depo is Sept 3rd and today is 8/27 still not served or called back ! But of course it will be my fault if we don't show.

EDITED since it won't let me reply . I have yet to be served. I have NEVER refused anything from anyone . You have my email address and have yet to send it to me that way either !!! You made the worst come out in me when you belittled me after you have yet to help or answer any of my questions FOR YOUR CLIENT !!! this is how you treat people that are supposed to be HELPING your clients . Good luck with that !!! I would never hire a team of unprofessional people like this. As per my huband being disabled zoom was never given as an option FYI .
