What a great experience at Toyota of Braintree! We were at another large Toyota dealer this weekend and by far this was a better experience from the start. From the online sales quotes from Ed, being welcomed on arrival, and straight through the whole purchase process with Lenny. A few things that amazed us... meeting the guy behind the scene with the online sales quotes (sometimes others make them a phantom and invisible, but they got you there... right?), test driving the exact car on your quote, no high pressure sales manager trying to get the last penny out of you. Lenny was fantastic and we would be glad to do business with him as well as the whole team at Toyota of Braintree. Thank you.
