I'm sure their 2-1-1 people mean well, but those folks are awful. The information they give out is so outdated. Also, they state they will get back with some information, but then they don't. They still have organizations and phone numbers in their data base that haven't been in existence for years. Someone needs to go through everything and clean it up, then add in all the new information they don't even have. As it is right now, this is not a good source of information.
