My first time there. New patience plus 2..After waiting almost two hours the little girl comes and gets us..Snapping her fingers at us as if to hurry up..I told her the snapping of the fingers was not professional and please stop..Sitting in my chair for another hour ..sorry we are understaffed...whatever they finished. So today we have another appointment at 9am....10:30 my daughter finally gets seen..I ask how long..2-3hours..sorry we are understaffed again!!!! Don't you think that it would be professional of your office to call the patience and let them know that you are running so far behind. We schedule these appointments around work and it is very disappointing that your not accommodating to your patience. The sad part of it all is that we are a family that is scared to death of the dentist...Haven't made us change out mind...Looking for a new dentist is not fun...but here I go again....THANKS FOR THAT!!!
