I've been dipping in and out of yoga for a while, ...

I've been dipping in and out of yoga for a while, going when I needed a stretch, or when my back pain started kicking in. I'm not accomplished by any means, and definitely don't fit in the stereotypical 'yoga body' mould. I used to go because I felt good afterwards, but now at Tribe I've finally got to the point where I enjoy actually being there! It's down to their classes and their teachers that I feel like I've made progress with my strength and flexibility (still working on the balance). In particular I really like the Gentle Flow Yoga class run by Peach Anderson on a Sunday evening. I've also recently tried the beginners pilates with Wyn Pottratz, which was more fun than expected! I look forward to progressing even more with them.
