I get really upset when I setup a call back and you people call me from another state when I called from a local number. Also your automated system keeps thinking someone spoke when there wasnt any sound, and I cant call the callback number back, I'm not gonna sit and wait for ANOTHER HOUR! FIX YOUR EQUIPMENT!!! dont call me from Texas when I called Utah, cause too many scams these days, I dont answer out of state numbers cause of scams, too many. I had a call back and the thing just automatically did whatever it did and hung up on me I cannot get through to somebody with the Callback. This is BS and somebody needs to fix their system
