Due to scheduling conflicts at the collision shop and the discovery of additional damage and the shortage of parts, my car was at the shop a very long time. Then a heating problem, undetected by the shop, reared its ugly head after I got the car back when the outside temps plunged below zero. Then the heating repair failed 6 weeks later...Agitated? No!
