I used the Houston Airport System Terminal C level 4 Brown section for the first time on September 15,2020. Upon my return from a long business trip to find that my Truck had been broken into. After further investigation, 13 other vehicles had been vandalized. The night manager Ron Walsh stayed with me through the entire process. He was very apologetic about the entire situation. Extensive damage was caused to my truck because they tried to steal it so the steering column was destroyed. To add insult to injury, when I called triple AAA to come pick up the truck, the manager at the booth insisted that I pay my parking ticket. I was in disbelief. I just had 5k worth of damage done to my truck on your watch and now you make me pay $30 to get my truck out of YOUR garage. I want everyone to know about this. Sheila was the name of the booth manager. She told me she has been there for 18 years but do not have the authority of the decency to at least waive the parking ticket. I am calling the news station first thing in the morning.
