Front desk employee Yasenia is extremely nasty. Not only did she turn her back to me suck her teeth and walk away from me because I was asking a question about the amenities but she was on her cell phone and told me to shut the F up and did not care if I called the hotel to let them know how poorly she treated me. A guest at this hotel for a week. I was so shocked I did not know what to say. Never again will I stay nor refer anyone to this hotel.
