These people are very rude. They called at 10:30pm, and were asked not to call so late. The person calling from EMC said he "could not guarantee that" if we didn't give them a time to call back. Dastardly business. I would caution any business or other organization considering employing this company to also consider the effect of their obnoxious and rude calling behaviors on the results they produce.

I would also like to note that the only other "review" here is a five-star rating from one of EMC Research's vice presidents, which I find to be disingenuous.
