is the most unprofessional and worst solicitors I have ever had the misfortune to come across, clearly they need to research the meaning of client confidentiality and how to use a telephone . Calls are never returned, matters never dealt with and a blind eye is easier than facing evidence in front of you and actually doing your job properly. The solicitor dealing with our case even left her job half way through and the company didn t think this was information we needed to be informed about. She was replaced by someone equally as talented who I assume had also not been on her how to answer your phone or return calls course. I hope no other human being has their time and money wasted using this company
