It's now been FOUR weeks of tickets, no resolution. If you like getting billed for a service which doesn't work then this is for you. They won't credit your account until the issue is resolved. So I'm spending extra money on cellphone data on-top of a non-working service.

I have wasted hours upon hours on this masquerade of a support system, easily 30 plus hours waiting to be redirected. The amount of disconnects in the last week have averaged more than 5 a day. With 30min-1h delays before a callback is scheduled, which almost never happens.

I can't get a single person on WebAfrica's side to fix the issue because everyone keeps redirecting you to the next department. I have asked to be put through to a manager or contacted by a manager on more than 10 chats now, every single one them must be getting paid not to do so because they will literally ignore your request.

I finally had to phone Vuma to get closer to the issue, Vuma says it's WebAfrica's bad ticketing, they submitted the same ticket several times with the same return only for me to tell WebAfrica which ticket they should be submitting.

I've spent more than an hour on one call with WebAfrica only to have to do it again 2 days later because nothing changed.

I've spent whole days in waiting, in one day I had more than 5 chat support person of whom half redirected me to another 30->60 minute wait to get disconnected and start the loop again.

I am now going to find out how long it is going to take to release my fiber line from this mess, get my money back for non-existent service, and find better service elsewhere.

Utterly fed up! This is the worst customer service I have received in my life!!
