The staff at the Omni made this trip to NYC so much better then we could ever have imagined or pulled off ourselves. From beautiful and historic accommodations, to personal dinner recommendations and reservations made by staff, sound advice for navigating our trip to unexpected midnight desserts arriving at the door with a handwritten note from staff, this hotel
exceeded all expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the city.
