The worst customer service in the world. The agents we talk to are courteous, but just totally incapable. They do not recognize their errors, and moreover, charge you charges unexplained. Unable to speak to a manager. A real gang of thieves. Do not do business with them. Also, I asked for a paper specifying that I am no longer covered for the health portion (necessary for my other insurance ...) and in return I am given a letter which states that I am well insured with them for the portion dental. However, it seemed to me that my request was simple and did not require a doctorate to understand it. Review your methods, your service is dismal.
