I am a diamond member. I have stayed at Hilton properties for 25 years. I know that a lot of the services were cut back during the COVID pandemic but it is becoming increasingly frustrated to stay at Hilton properties and not have access to the services that have always been available. No restaurants, no breakfast, no bars. It seems that the entire chain is using the pandemic as an excuse to not provide the services we are paying for. Every property I have stayed at in the past 2 months, you could walk out the door and across the street to a restaurant and bar. If businesses next door to your properties are open there is no excuse that your restaurants and bars cannot be open. This is not a direct slam of this property alone, it is corporate wide. Its time to join the rest of society and open up. Enough.
