I did not know J. Sonic at all. It was my first experience in this store. I am very satisfied with the products and prices. On the other hand, the service is execrable, really nil. We must start by taking a number and go to the reception. We are received by girls who seem tired of their job or overwhelmed I do not know but say whose smile is nonexistent. We are quickly told that they will call a seller. A salesman shows up, we do not know if it's for us or not? Many go to him but was it mine? No idea. So I continue and I wait, and I wait ..... can take 30 minutes without embarrassment. I ask again if I was forgotten? I am told that someone will come .... Finally, the door opens after waiting for 25 minutes (I still wonder what I'm doing here to wait after all this time, a day of the week when I seem to be a only customers). The seller is not really the type of seller I'm used to. Usually, sellers have the reputation of being very kind and convincing and determined to satisfy me. But in J. Sonic it's not that at all. The two times I went (and yes, the height, I went back because the price and quality satisfied me, they !!) I am received by a seller who does not say hello, I believe that I bothered him ?? I enter the room indicated and there were two busy vendors including the one who came to pick me up and who returned with a client .... ?? WTF ?? So I stood waiting for someone to be free. Finally, it ended up serving me but with the greatest nonchalance of the world! Too bad, it could be such a beautiful company if it was not customer service (yet this is the first image that customers have of the company!)
