Danny Velasquez was excellent! He was friendly, didnt pressure me for anything, and worked with his managers to try and get me more for my trade. I live 6 hours away and he kept in contact with me about the vehicle I was interested in for the whole week since I wasn't able top just drop by. He was kind, never short with me, and never showed any annoyance towards my hesitation or lack of trust.
He didnt know, but I was one of the unfortunate people that had to deal with the Reagor disaster and have very very little trust towards sales or dealerships thanks to my experience with Reagor Dykes.
We got everything I needed taken care of during the week so that all I had to do was drive down on the weekend, sign for the new car, and go. Danny answered every question I tossed at him, and if he didnt know the answer he was honest about it and would go find out for me instead of throwing some nonsense my way. I had been looking for just the right car for about a year and he helped make the final process much smoother.
My only complaint would be the finance guy, who for some reason said my bank's drafting letter was no good, after we had made the 6hour trip and made sure we brought everything we were told we needed. He was later told by another finance manager that there was nothing wrong with it, it just wasnt what he was used to seeing I guess.
The showroom was nice, they had drinks and snacks available for guests, and the employees were all polite.
I definitely recommend Danny as your salesman go to if you decide to stop by this place. Very happy with my purchase! Thank you Danny!
