This dealership is by far one of the best I have ever been too. I started my search online and from the jump Jim Birdsong was amazingly helpful. I was used to other dealers and their haggling methods but those were not needed here. I got a more than fair price on my trade in, I got the financing at a rate and amount I was comfortable paying without ever having to say I'm not sure, and I was in and out of the finance office (while trading stories on our family pets and travels) in 20 minutes max. The car I walked away with is exactly what I wanted and everyone was extremely friendly. The best thing about all these great people is even though they feel the need to continue to apologize profusely about they construction, they have not let the tiny space they are confined to hinder their customer service at all. Great place, friendly people, amazing cars, and great pricing options. They would get 5 stars right now but at this moment I am waiting and have been waiting all day for them to contact me about how to fix the cars wifi. I'm sure that sounds absurd to some but when you buy a car and have a feature like that (which I have never had before) you want it to work! Especially, because they like to flaunt about it in the showing off the car so I fully EXPECT it to work correctly the first time. That thus far is the only complaint I have.
