Explained the issue to Graham, that my pc had bsod and was able to quickly understand the issue and offer a solution. He was able to offer a date for work very quickly, as soon as I had informed him of the issue essentially. Also gave me advice as to what product would be best for the repair and where to get it from for the cheapest price and gave me a very reasonable cost for the job.

He called me when he had started the job and finished, all within 24 hours. He also did some complementary work on the pc and installed some excellent software.

Would highly recommend Graham to anyone as he provides an excellent holistic service and for a great price, compares to another company that wanted to charge so much more per hour of the job.
