Another awesome visit! Neha, Sandy they all provide excellent service. They remember their clients. Due to the pandemic we had not seen Sandy for almost a year and she remembered all kinds things we had last discussed, she got caught up on the latest and provided kind and encouraging words. They really treat you like family.

We have been patronizing Neha Threading for 18 years. I have followed her from her humble beginnings in a booth at a salon on Rt 40 to her own Salon on Reisterstown Rd. We routinely get our eyebrows threaded but have received other services as well and she and her staff never disappoint. Quality, value, professionalism, cleanliness and promptness are always on point but more importantly the customer service and the vibe of the environment are bar none. You just can t put a price on the value of GOOD SERVICE! We have never had a bad experience in 18 years and will continue to travel 45 minutes or more to get there when we know we are passing hundreds of other places.
